How to Log In

Step-by-Step Instructions for Accessing Your Account

1. Navigate to the Login Page

   • Open your web browser and go to the website or portal URL. eg. www.mysite.com
   • Click on the "Login" button located on the homepage.
     
     

2. Enter Your Credentials

   • In the login form, enter your Email Address/Username in the first field.
   • In the second field, enter your Password.
   • If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link and follow the instructions.
     
     

3. Click on the "Login", "Sign In" or "Continue" Button

   • After entering your credentials, click the "Login"/"Sign In" button to access your account.
     
     

4. Two-Factor Authentication (Optional)

   • If your account has Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled, you will be prompted to enter a code sent to your email or mobile device.
   • Enter the code and click "Verify" to proceed.
     
     

5. Login Successful

   • Once authenticated, you will be directed to your dashboard or the main page of the software.
