If something is time-sensitive, please mark the ticket as URGENT. Our team will make every effort to address it as quickly as possible.
Calling or messaging / emailing outside the ticket system won’t speed things up and may actually delay the process.
If an urgent ticket isn’t resolved within 24 hours, it means either that the issue requires additional time due to coding complexity, we are waiting on your team to respond to a developer question or there are older urgent requests already in the queue.
Developers must complete tickets in sequence to keep the process fair and efficient.
